Spiritual Resources in India?

Hey everyone. I live in Bangladesh where spiritual resources are pretty hard to find. By spiritual resources,  i mean meditation centre, ashrams and all that kind of stuff.

I know India has many of those, but do not know where can i find that specifically. I want to visit India in the future for spiritual purpose so can you guys tell from your experience where i can visit to have spiritual experience and do practices?  Really hoping for some good advice.

Rishikesh has few ashrams i heard. There are vipassana centres througout country coimbatore has isha. Kerala has matha amirthanada mai ashram. Basically there are 100's of small and big ashrams everywhere in india.

Hi Im from India. Why don’t you try Vipassana. It’s very hardcore and pure. It’s a good place to start. But i don’tsee a centre. You can go to Sikkim. Which is where I went. It helped to dig deeper into the rabbit hole. https://sineru.dhamma.org/ this is the link and you can book your courses there. I’ll be going 2nd course in May. Lying in the heart of himalayas itself gives you an experience you cannot express.

Vipassana is a free course. It work on donation you can give any amount of money u have.
