does tech for lucid dream worth it?

i am considering of buying some tech to help me getting to lucid dream.

if someone here familiar with lucid dreams tech , does "InstaDreamer" worth its price? or just a necklace would do the job?

I don't know what tech could help you lucid dream. That's mad. 

In my opinion it's way too hard to try to force it. It came naturally to me when I was a kid. I don't have much to say about it other than it's kinda cool I guess. My best piece of advice for dreaming is get better at dream recall. The best way to do this is, as soon as you wake up in the morning try to catch yourself before you move your body...then go over your dreams in your head in as much detail as possible, then a few times out loud. And boom, they should stick.

i am thinking doing that to get better in touch of my feelings . the part of logic in dreams is less active so i can get in touch of them with less drama
