How Long Do You Strong Determination Sit?

I did it for an hour once, but I plan to shatter that record after my exams. Only thing was that my legs were insanely numb.

The discipline I gained from it is worth it tho. Now I try to do 20min a day.

How long do you do strond determination sitting?

Longest for me was an hour and 40 minutes.  I can regularly do about 40 minutes at a time.
