When you are in the middle of backsliding observe yourself and think to your self that it's your duty to get back on track because that is what you want. And get back on track immediately.

Make a thread on the journalling section and everytime you backslide eight about it, also write about the times you manage to stay away and how you feel then ... 

Bro this is 2020 a new decade the last decade is over this is our decade the decade of the self actualizers we are strong and no one and nothing keep us stuck except ourselves. I too struggled with porn alot but when I couldn't get it up after finally getting girlfriends I was depressed and even after that I quit after 2-3 years ...
