I don't remember what book it's from. If somebody remembers, please share it with us,

But let's get to the point and ask some questions.

What are the qualities one "should" attain in his lifetime? Are there any gender specific things?
What skills "should" one master? 
What are the books and courses one "should" work through?
Who are the people one could learn from?
And what do you do to grow?
