Why Do I Get Distracted As Soon I Go Outside My Home

Seems like everyone runs to something, i feel that people are somehow flying. before i used to feel the energy but now is all air. the things is is chaos once your eyes are there up gazing at them. then you lose yourself. but if you walk looking down or watching your footsteps ur grounded and in control.

what is this feeling called?

how do you help yourself in such situations?

Start meditating daily in order to build that strong sense of awareness where ever you are at. Be it in a crowded street, a loud restaurant, or speaking to a crowd. Feel your body, pressures on your feet, clothes on your skin, wind on your face. Connect with your body and not your mind. And do things one by one, with care and deliberate movements. Don't get so easily pulled in by external factors, but this will require a strong awareness. Meditate!

you have to see the world from a different place, a place of security, joy, happiness, love,  and if you cant see it from there then you need to change where you are seeing it from,   to shift from the identity to a higher being of consciousness is the place to see the world from.
