situations like that mostly come out of the blue - maybe red. so no one is working towards it, except the person who breaks the finger, it’s ignorance and ignorance creates shadows. and shadows create broken fingers. why should pain and misery not exist anymore? that would be a shadow as well.

None of this work is about avoidance of anything. It's the opposite. It's about an embrace of everything, which is the only way to conquer pain, suffering, and fear.

The goal is not avoidance, it is Truth, Love, and Consciousness.
