The prank begins and a story is born.

it is believed in. the illusion is being maintained.

all those who fall for the trick suffer/react from the story...

then slowly... the truth is revealed. this is the death of the story. death of the illusion.

and awakening has occurred... leading to LAUGHTER

 

Do not search for enlightenment as a state/experience. It is simply coming to know the Truth. Being aware of the Truth.

 

As you can see from the video... It's obvious why laughter (which is what often happens during Awakening) during is the only thing left to do upon having the realization

Notice. In each of those situations the circumstances did not change whatsoever. However, the whole thing was seen for what it was. 

Awakening or enlightenment does not change the situation you were in whatsoever, but it gives you what you need so that you can change it effectively. Create the change. Take the action. And enjoy the ride.!
