I started to enjoy writing small poems. It really helps with letting feeling go. So, the thoughts circle which is kept by the feeling breaks due to poem writing. Because while writing you really go through it, you feel it, so it goes away. But I do it in Russian, since this is the language I know the best.

Cool to hear bro. My latest acid trip revealed a lot of things related to LOA. It was so fucking mind-blowing, fuck it!

I want to describe a little taste of experience which I had in the latest acid trip around a month ago. I had a lot of insights related to LOA...
I almost felt insane at the peak of the experience. Deep breathing is the only thing which could help me a little in such a situation...
I realized how there is a CHOICE, how I create via FEELING that I have what I want.

Let's say I want to be with person Y. At the peak of the experience, I tried to feel that Y is already near to me. It was almost no difference between me wanting it and having it lol. I'll try to describe. I felt it by my heart, I imagined all the details, it was real for me, that I am with Y...
At some point, I imagined it so much that it's like 
− Do you want now this person to come to your room? I can easily do it but that's not what you want. It will make you insane. You want to have it slowly manifesting.
− Yes, yes, let's do it slowly... 
Also, the realization that I am Y almost made me cry...I actually cried quite a lot during the trip, but mostly because of eye openings on personal stuff. 

Grateful for the experience. I had other insights about I am everything, about Love. I could kinda watch through another person's eyes. I had the insight that I can play this lifetime as I want, I have a choice to do anything. I had the insight that I don't need to give fucking advice to anyone. I had the insight that I need to listen only to my heart. I had insight into how I wanted everything that I have now, even the disease. It was a really really nice but hard trip, grateful for that. I think I did perfect integration of this trip... 

The whole point of this message is to share that it's important to have a good vibe during the trip if you are deep in the trip, try to imagine things you want, try to feel it then see what happens.

Another small insight which I feel to share and everyone here probably knows it (at least in theory)  

You can do LITERALLY what you fucking want. You can go to сave and be a sage, you can go fuck any pussy, you can go and enjoy nature.
You can play this lifetime with one group of people more, with another group of people less. You can create new people in your life. You can do anything, anything you want. You can enjoy collecting insects if that's what you want. Try to feel, to realize what you really want, so you have it consciously. It's like a game. You will have it in any case, if you realize what you want you will feel like it's a conscious choice ahaha.

I really enjoy to have 20km hikes in Nature with a group of people. You can listen people when you want, you can listen Nature when you want, it's amazing. When I am in Nature for a long enough I have psychedelic-like experience, everything becoming one experience of happening. It's probably doesn't make sense to read unless you experience it.

I've loved Mike Posner since his "Cooler Than Me" song.  Then I loved "Took a Pill in Ibiza", which is about the fall out from the rise and fall of fame and ironically turned into an insanely popular song played in clubs. I've listened to a lot of interviews with him, and followed his spiritual journey. There's something really cool about recognizing when your consciousness raises seemingly in parallel with "other's". We're all in it together.

Sometimes for me it's hard to listen songs because you see Love signs everywhere, so for the last few days I listen Russian pop where there is mostly man wants just to fuck woman ahaha. @mandyjw do you have a similar effect while songs listening?

Eh, yeah a large percentage of them are seemingly quite stuck on one subject. I often try to interpret the lyrics in a way that the singer wasn't conscious of.  Remember, that you create the meaning.   When music starts being an annoyance rather than enjoyable I just take a break. Or there's always chillstep or instrumental music.

This is just words for myself to help me, I know nothing:

You can't run from Yourself.
Check the feelings, constantly! Make a tiny step towards a good mood, loving state.
Like what? Like eating apple, deep breathing, making tea, walking, whatever you like.
When you are in a good state - imagine. Imagine what you want. Feel through your imagination. There should be almost no difference between you imagine it and what you experience now.
Be grateful, for everything, for every interaction with a human, for every event, nothing is accidental.
You are creating the whole thing including your current character in a play.
Accept what you have, you created it for yourself.
Listen to people, don't judge them, don't give fucking advice, everyone has a unique path.
Feel compassion to people because everyone is you.
Be honest with your feelings. Choose what you want, not what 'others' wants from you.
The only thing that stops you from your dream life is you, your resistant thought, your beliefs.
Want to have something else? Dissolve your old beliefs, create new. 
Whatever you focus, whatever you believe comes to your life.
Be a Human, don't react - act, let it go, breathe, love, accept, feel.

On a personal note, what is helping me:
- good sleep
- walk in nature
- reading what I like
- meditation
- psychedelics (also you need to be careful with that this is a strong tool)
- 3d printing
- coffee making
- cooking
- listening to people
- hiking
- climbing, gym, running
- just be present in the environment, zoom into something
- sunlight
- origami
- poem writing
- green tea
- photo making
- doing something at home, like cleaning, improving the home environment in any way
- smiling
- dancing

It's interesting how you see the blind spots in everyone else but not your own character. Why is that?
Maybe because you don't give a shit about another person so it's easy to see everything as it is.
And when your monkey-mind shouts "important" beliefs it's hard to see the spots in your character.
