A lot of women are enablers. They use victimhood as a cop out to their accountability. 

 

"I was going through depression and I was sick all the time, that's why I did whatever I did, I wouldn't have done it otherwise. My depression was causing" 

So when a man does something wrong, it's because he is evil. 

But when a woman does something wrong, oh wait, it's her depression!!! 

 

No woman, it wasn't your depression. You actively caused the abuse. My abuse.

Yesterday one of my family members had a long talk and explained some stuff and that was a great relief. It was a slap in the face.

Just trying to get my shit together. 

I need to focus on nutrition and retaining nutrition. 

 

Today is February 11. 

Can't take it much longer. I need to go in overdrive and get stuff done.
