I'm thinking you mean professional as in work/career and personal as in consciousness/enlightenment. Narrow down what you mean, categorizing information is a good way to know and differentiate between set objectives.

I am still studying , and not making money , my goal is to be financially stable so i can work more on personal development , which can be affording to go to seminar, (thank God we have free content on internet ) , which have saved me :) , I love my profession now, But getting into that profession was a negative motivation , thats why i am having problem sitting down and work so hard that all those knowledge become part of my subconscious , because deep down my brain was trained that way , I beat myself up to get into that profession , and one day i realise i cannot be successful in long run also in Leo's video on positive vs negative motivation opened my eyes, so I have a question , though i get into that proefession through negative motivation, but on long run i wanna be poisitive motivating doing my professional work
