Does every structure of reality has consciousness?

I'm trying to wrap my head around this after watching the vid about death.

If the awareness in the area of the universe which we call a human can trick itself in believing that it is a self, does any complex structure in the universe do the same?

Is there such a thing as what it's like to be a building, or a leaf? 

Or is it simply the fact that because human perception is so much more intricate that such concepts can form? 

Is consciousness somehow enhanced by the human capacity to perceive? 

What about different structures that also have their form of perception such as animals or AI, can they construct a self? Can they become enlightened? 

Hope it's not too dumb of a question...

@Quicksilver buildings are consciousness (everything is fundamentally consciousness) (Absolute) but relatively they are not self conscious.  Relatively, Animals are self conscious but their baseline level is not high enough for them to get enlightened or transcend their ego.   Does that make sense?  So from the Absolute sense,  Absolute consciousness is aware and is Absolute Love.  It is pure consciousness.  There can only be a building in form, or in the realm of the relative.

Reality itself is constructed with infinite love/consciousness/awareness/self. So yes, everything is self-aware and self-loving. They are all enlightened, and they are all enlightenment itself.
