This topic is not about the philosophical concept of morality it is about rules. .They are talking about creating a worldwide standard that would attempt to program A.I.  with program limitations, rules that would try to prevent it from being destructive to living things

@Nak Khid the two are intertwined. How can you discuss whether prescribed morallity is a 'good' idea, especially on this particular forum, without discussing the deeper implications of 'prescribed morality' itself..
