Planned Daydreaming

I started experimenting with a different perspective on meditation this week. Instead of trying to silence my entire process and completely "shut off", my mind, I've simply started laying down and kindly asking my thoughts to give way to my intuition- i like to call these "planned daydreams". I think this is an important, fresh take on meditation, especially if you are a highly intuitive person, so I wanted to share it. :)
