Astral Project during meditation

Hello spiritual fellow's,

 

I am wondering if any of you have any knowledge/advice that you would like to share about Astral projection during meditation sessions. Most articles I read about explain how to astral project as a form of Lucid Dreaming, however, I also found some articles about being able to astral project as a form of mediation (for example: https://www.elitedaily.com/p/i-tried-astral-projection-experienced-a-higher-level-of-deep-meditation-13117149).

Can anyone share with me if this is possible because I would really love to develop that skill, however I am still doubting if this is possible during meditation (maybe you are just tricking yourself during meditation).

If so, do you have any articles that are trustworthy or can you send me in the right direction?
