First Meal: Large Coffee 2 cream 2 sugar + Banana Pecan Muffin

Second Meal: 2 Baja Fish Tacos- Take out

Third Meal: White spot double double burger + fries- Takeout

Fourth Meal: Bacon and Cheese Whopper + 2 Pieces of Cake- Burger King

Eating right is complicated. See if you can do twos days out of the week all plant based

The easiest home meal is pasta.  If you boil the pasta for 10 minutes when it's done you can put on cold tomato sauce right from the refrigerator on top of it and mix it in.  The pasta so hot anyway after it's strained that mixing in the sauce heats it up and cools off the sauce perfectly.

Alternatively for protein, cook the sauce in a separate pot and put in a handful of frozen peas or some other protein n small pieces and cook while the pasta is cooking.  The whole thing takes about 15 minutes.  Needs black pepper and optionally grated cheese or fine chopped basil leaves

@Nak Khid Man i cooked today. i just hate doing it so much. I want to stay away from high carb stuff like pasta if i'm going to cook at home. I'll keep thinking about it and trying to implement.

Second Meal: Fish and rice bowl- Takeout

Third Meal: Pulled Pork Sandwich + cheesy bread= Homemade

this is the low carb patsa made from red lentils or chick peas. I recommend mixing it wit a moderate amount of  regular white pasta.  A muffin, rice and bread are already carbs
For breakfast if you want to keep it simple just eat a large amount of fruit and a small amount of raw unsalted nuts.
For instance, half a papaya, or  a whole mango, or two bananas or a half a cantelope

@d0ornokey I'm on a crazy trajectory with my spiritual growth since i started using the dream board. I'm definitely going to push the limits on how happy a person can be with a sub-par diet, but i'm already trending in the right direction for the past few days I just gotta keep it up.

@modmyth Yea i love their milkshakes! No, i just do a double double burger and fries usually. I miss pirate packs haha when I was younger those were the bomb. I remember the gold coin i used to get too haha

@modmyth Was never a big fan of poutine, but to each their own i guess haha. Triple O's always let me down. I used to go there all the time in university, but restaurant white spot is sooo much better imo.
