Start to become more conscious about the energy I feel in the first moments of awaking each morning.

The passage of time always alters perception and "truths". Most of things watched from 3rd person perspective are pretty much no longer relevant and impactful looking when looked way back in the past.

Trust time.

Self-sabotage might be a sneaky way to correct a mistake originated from a very deep desire to learn from it, enough error-trials to stop doing it and kill all the Karma.

What if we really need others in orther to have some sense of purpose... Or I just need myself to have a sense of purpose?

Is it even logical to have a sense of purpose without the involvement of others? What could be my sense of purpose other than feel connected or understood, isn't that selfishness? I don't want to spend the rest of my life pretending and hiding myself as if I am some sort of monk, completely detached from everything, even if that really helps to avoid a lot of problems and troubles.

I still feel the need for some sort of involvement. I am not the typical attention whore.

To have real Respect for ourselves is a necessary fuel for our Will.

I should be always aware to never act as means of lacking respect for myself.

Lack of respect for one's self is a feeling of loss, of anger, resentment, and revenge, that's how it manifests.

No matter the reasons for such feelings, they are there to trigger the need for self-respect.

Act to heal.

Genuine well-being is impossible to attain until (regardless other means) one is capable to let go the need of control of others, himself, and our own "static" world views.

No control is liberation, it will always be, someone kill me if I'm wrong.

I set myself on fire and the entire universe burns along with me.

Ashes on my left hand, pieces of flower in the right hand, the great communion.

For there is only one men who breathes, and the others born from appearance.
