Is Foxtail Millet Healthy?

  I know millet is healthy food, but I am not sure about foxtail millet...Is foxtail millet healthy to eat? Is it alkaline like original millet?

Start listening to your body mate. Self trust and staying flexible is going to take you a long way, this video sort of takes this point home
