Difference Between Visualization And Fantasizing?

Ive been focusing on my visualization alot more and i cant help but feel like visualizing the things im working for somehow turns in to fantasy mode. Honestly What's the difference?

In my opinion there the same thing, however visualization you have a goal in mind.
