belief comes about when the human identity, doesnt know but listens to others opinions, others works, and their own speculation about things that they know nothing about, so they form these ideas about what something is, and they accept it and it actually becomes programed within consciousness , as beliefs.   Beliefs create a wall that most wont be able to climb over.

Sure, but YOU look inside your own consciousness and see where do they come from? What are they, really? What is their purpose and where do they land?

Are they any different from You? Whomever you are...

Just search inside. There is no background necessary, no ideology, just ... search inside.

... :)

  When Leo started this forum he referred to it as a "sandbox". What is that sand we play in?

@cetus56 sure!

Now what?

Search within yourself. What's the difference between a man and a grain of sand?

the sand is all the nonsense that has been created by those who didn't have a clue to what they were talking about, and  has created a great deal of confusion for those seeking answers to life's problems

@cetus56

Like a father that left his children to play in the sand box. So we build castles of concepts to form new models of reality, trying to impress everyone, and hear that our castle is the best, and all others are stupid and suddenly an older kid comes and destroys it all. We keep building again and again throwing sand in the wind arguing which castle is better, mine or yours, until we get so tired of it. That we look aroud and see that we are in the most amazing amusement park we've ever seen.

Thank you all for your contributions.  I felt something has shifted, a lightness of felt experience, after switching identification I had a lot of "heaviness" come up  - no thoughts just "porridge" which has now subsided into a much better felt experience in my body.

Many thanks!
