Negative Motivation To Positive Motivation

i want to discuss one thing with you , my initial motivation was negative motivation ,to reach my goal ( to get into medical school) , so i realise sometimes whenever i do my work, my neurosis start and i start acting the same way , comparatively my personal development was a positive motivation, I want to switch my negative motivation into positive one for my profession,( i love my profession and wants to shine )
