finding your life purpose - how long did it take you?

Of course it's different for everyone, but I want to know some experiences of others, so I can maybe change my expectations and strengthen my patience.

It's very hard to quantify something like this.

I wouldn't worry about trying to quantify it. Rather focus on your unique discovery process. However long it takes will be worth it. And it's going to depend on how much effort you put into it.

the duration of the life purpose course ...which was about a month for me. 

But if you are asking about the practical side....well that takes years in most cases.
