Limits On The Movement Of Awareness

Awareness can move from the hand, to the head, to the feet, to the thoughts. But can awareness move to object in the distance, can awareness move to other people? What are the limits to how much awareness can travel within reality.

There only limits are your capabilities. It's possible to move it any distance if you master it.

If everything is just a one consciousness how can it move from one object to another.Objects (animals, humans, places, planets, universes .) are only ephemeral forms through which consciousness manifests itsel.You think there are two consciousnesses, one yours which is limited and one universal and limitless?

I’m referring to the One Consciousness that is everything (literally the same thing you referred to in your post).
