Chanting mantra and strong sensations

Hey  I do need to ask u a question about mantra healing chanting..I start yesterday to listen on some mantra chanting about chi life force and suddenly I notice an headache severe and a vomit sensation that persist for like 1/2 hour or something..today I trying again and same result...should I stop it ,is this a problem?

Like @whosheartssaid, purging. It could also be what I cal spiritual growing pains. Sometimes self-expansion can be very hard on the body. Like stretching one of those rubber work-out thera-bands, there’s resistance that comes with building strength and that resistance can snap back occasionally.
