The Many Facets Of Awakening / question

6 posts in this topic

Hi,

Can someone please help me understand the following:

Leo: "  ..... your body is actually totally eternal, it exists forever outside of time  ....   "

The Many Facets Of Awakening - List of Top 30 Enlightenment Insights

min 43:52

Up until this moment I have had direct experience and/or understanding of everything that Leo teaches but this has taken me by complete surprise, therefore, looking to get a better understanding if anyone can help.

@Leo Gura would love if you could elaborate a bit on this.

Thanks in advance

The content that makes up forms (like your body) will never be destroyed. Even after your done with your body and it’s a corpse in the ground, the content that composed it still exists.

Another reason for saying the body is eternal is because each moment exists forever. Even after you leave this moment behind, its existence is still preserved in a higher dimension. In other words, moments aren’t created as you live through life. You just snap from one frozen moment to the next which creates the perception of motion, change, and time. However, each of the moments that you experience already exist before you snap into them and still exist after you snap out of them.

Leo may have another reason for saying what he did but these are just a couple of my reasons for agreeing with that statement.

What @Synchronicity said.

Every moment exists in the mind of God forever. Nothing is ever lost to time because time itself is imaginary.

Think of reality like an infinite film reel sitting on a shelf. All the frames exist at once. That reel contains every film that could ever exist. It doesn't matter which frame you're on right now.

That's Absolute Infinity.

You are God. You are Truth. You are Love. You are Infinity.

Thank you Leo, it makes sense ... I got confused when hearing the word body, I somehow associated it with the physical body and that's when it stopped making sense :)  silly of me...
