MPT trip report

This is not 4-HO-MPT trip report. This is just MPT. Very little trip reports have been done on this substance. The (only good) one I could find was this:

Also, for context, when purchasing my last batch of 5 MeO DMT , I wanted to add a few other things to the cart. And did some investigating. And that trip report was enough to make me hit the "add to cart" button.

In the trip report, she said she did 40mgs, so that's what I set out to do, but I did it in a different way. Basically the same way I smoke 5 MeO DMT (sandwhiched in mullein leaves.) But with a twist. I weighed out two 15 mgs and one 10 mg. I also bought two brand new pipes, to facilitate this process.  I put each dose in each pipe as I would with a single hit. Reason I did this was I read in the "chemical research" subreddit that some people where having issues vapurising the whole thing. But I knew this particular method would work. Had very mild pre trip anxiety as I didn't know exactly how this would play out. 

T 00:00 - took the first 15 mg hit.. Waited a little bit.. And could notice things were visually changing around me. Kinda like the onset of a acid or mushroom trip. Nothing like the above trip report... So I knew it was time to take the second 15mg hit from pipe number two. Things started changing more. No geometric patterns tho, which was interesting... The visuals were pretty cool tho. I would breath, and the room would breath with me. I decided to take the third hit from pipe number 3.... Now, the visuals were already intense after the second hit... But they just intensified even more. I was looking at this sock monkey doll I have which is next to another doll. And both dollars appeared to change faces, maniacal and back to angelic. It was interesting thats for sure. 

T:00:30 - I was getting tired of looking at that one side of the room so I changed positions and decided to look at the other wall, which is usually behind me. There is only a mandala on that wall. So it was less visually distracting. The mandella turned almost "3-D" . Was cool. Also, this whole time I found myself getting horney so I just decided to appease myself and rub one out. No looking at porn or anything. Just thinking about a girl I like personally, and find attractive. Anyways, took a little while to "release" but when I did... Somethign interesting happened. For a couple of seconds at least, I somewhat whited out. It was "almost" non dualistic in nature. 

T:01:00 - visual effects pretty much all gone (zero.) Still had a pretty good "high" going tho..

T:02:00 - Mental high still going strong. 

T:03:00 - Mental high still there, but less. 

One thing I will say is that I intend to up my dose the next time for this. Probably 50, or even 60mgs. Same method. And most importantly, I can see how this substance CAN be used to acheive a breakthrough experience. If it actually will or not... Will yet be determined. But overall, was enjoyable. If you don't have 8 or 10, 12 or 14 hours to trip on LSD or Mushrooms , this substance might interest you. And again, I think there is also a definite possibility for breakthrough with this substance as well. Also, interesting how the "peak" experience "came" after I did. That was like the 40min mark and I was starring at the ceiling. I said "almost white out" cause the tiles on my ceiling are white, and all of reality whited out, except for the crosses of the tiles. Like seeing the energeic essense of it. But as quickly as it came, it left. And I feel like that's what this substance was trying to do , this whole time.

Just did a little digging and found some interesting stuff.

Considering how simular the chemical structures of DMT , 5-MeO-DMT and DPT are to MPT, I have no doubt that MPT can be used to reach breakthrough.

I don't know where you have done your research, but you have been lied to. 

The first picture is 5-MeO-DMT.

The second picture is 5-MeO-DPT.

Plus, you either have to write n,n-DMT and 5-MeO-n,n-DMT or just DMT and 5-MeO-DMT. Otherwise it's not consistent.

Thank you Girzo! The n,n-DMT thing drives me crazy but that one I just have to let go of because it's become so standard now... I'm going to edit in your corrections.

It was late last night when I posted that, and yes it appears I got it wrong. Just edited it, and now should be the correct checmical structures.

Also, the edits I made match the checmical structures being referrenced. Both according to google and according to my Chemical Research company

Yeah it's better, I'm mostly teasing, but one of Girzo's points was that it's inconsistent to call DMT "n,n-DMT" if you don't also call 5-MeO-DMT "5-MeO-n,n-DMT". The n,n part is redundant, but everyone seems to use it when talking about DMT. I know why people do that, but it's for the wrong reason. The correct name for n,n-DMT is simply DMT. Same with MPT, we don't say n,n-MPT, we just call it MPT.
