Some tips for meditations while sitting in train ?

Hi. I'm going to university by train . It takes 1 and half hour.

Can you give me some meditations that I could do while sitting in train ? 

It is quite challenging to remain present .  Often thinking about the destination , going home and so on. 

Do you know also something to reduce the tiredness while travelling ? Thank you

I use Headspace app for that purpose. 

It's harder if you have to stand, but if I find a seat I can actually go deep.

Look outside the window, immerse yourself in the diversity of nature, don't judge, label or categorize what you see, just look, just be present within the moment and eventually you may notice something :) Mindfulness is very powerful when done right.
