@DrewNows Dang, that diet is super strict. No heated, cooked or seasoned foods.

Do you do it?

I’ve been transitioning for weeks now. I slip up still but yes it’s a learning experience and I’m keeping the cooked foods to a minimum. If I don’t allow myself on occasion to some healthy cooked dish I might binge and while I’m fast to recover, I’d rather be mindfully eating instead of going unconscious to deal with emotional problems that may invoke feeling shame later and diminishing my detoxing progress

Basically my emotional body has become my baby, I don’t have a lot of cravings anymore, I took a parasite m tincture to eliminate cravings, which pretty much has

My original goal is becoming a breatharian and lose all depence on food but Highly unlikely that’ll happen without taking a retreat. I’m okay with or without it, I’d like my conscious or vibrational frequency to stay as high as possible and to eventually help others heal themselves

No, I’m talking about fruits! Very high energy. Breatharians will need  prana

raw food frugivore, as nature intended the human species live off of, like primates

Fruits are good. Snacking on some grapes as we speak that are full of prana.

Can you do this diet partially? or does it have to be 100% in?

Like could you eat mainly fruit, but have small heated dinners or not so much..lol.

It's interesting, I just know I couldn't follow it 100%

@Anna1 I found this post on the Facebook group. I’m new to this and do seem to suffer from turning this into an all or nothing vs transitioning myself into the lifestyle so this post has helped me reflect. Hope this will answer your concerns, I’ve had to revert back to focusing day to day and rewarding myself. It’s a unique journey and I wish you a safe one. here’s the post, I’ll bold your guide:

“What is a Detoxonistic, and a diet transition and fasting guide.

A detoxonistic type of person to sum it up is a “perfectionist” regarding fasting and detoxification.

A detoxonistic is a person that goes from a sad diet right into a fruit only diet and fasting and becomes obsessed with cleansing the body. This type of person in their minds thinks that you can clean up a body full of sewage from decades of abuse really fast. This type of person is ignorant of the levels of detox and ends up running into a healing crisis real fast due to not understanding the state of damage their endocrine gland systems are and eliminative organs, and then they think that eating just fruit and time restricted dry fasting  is not enough because they are not “healing fast enough” so they do a 20+ day water fast or 7 day dry fast with very clogged up impacted bowels and kidneys not filtering well, and run into more problems and end up thinking detox is dangerous, and go the complete other direction, and start eating animal products and think that fruitarianism or detoxification is a “malnourished” diet and lifestyle but really they created this condition for themselves because they refused to transition intelligently to avoid these serious blowbacks because they are millennials and just want it now because society has conditioned this mentality.

I am not trying to judge, be insensitive or create animosity. I’m only trying to bring awareness to this community because I don’t want to see the extremist bring confusion to this lifestyle, and make it look ridiculous without any understanding of detox transition because these people are impatient and refuse to read Arnold ehrets work on the importance of transition when your a person that can afford to go at a moderate pace because your not on deaths door. If you're on death's door then you enter the high levels of detox and fasting and you count your lucky stars because you have no choice.

A detoxonistic only cares about cleansing the body but doesn’t consider the mental and emotional part of healing and never finds a proper balance with diet and fasting. Instead of transitioning to an all fruit diet with the proper steps and fasting they just go from eating processed foods the week before right into a 10-day grape the only diet followed by 20-day water fast. I’m not saying that you can’t do this, because tons of people can successfully,  because they are lucky to be filtering and able to remove the waste they are steering up with the fruit and fasting. But still even these people that are lucky may neglect emotional balance and become obsessed with fasting and their whole life revolves around it, and nothing else matters and this is why I recommend transition for people, and even some balance for those that feel deprived on 100% fruit only diets and also may be coming from eating disorders.

You need to heal your body, and you will heal the body but not on your watch, and if your mind is not in right place then you can abuse your body when you feel like your doing everything right with your diet and fasting lifestyle. Have the cheat meal once in a while if you can afford to, and for those that are in deep trouble be strict and stay the course and balance out down the road if you desire to.

A detoxonistic is the person that’s not bedridden and dying and don’t have to go extreme, but do anyway because they lack patience and just want to test the envelope for attention maybe, ego or because they have nothing better to do with their lives but to obsess about something, and the reason I feel the need to be strong on my stance regarding this issue is because I see too much of this going on, and it needs to stop because it can be dangerous if you have a genetic weakness in the kidneys, bladder, and thyroids and you don’t sweat good, and your not filtering well even when you dry fast and eat just fruit. You don’t want to steer up metabolic waste in the body to quickly, and fail to eliminate what your steering up, and I think with a 5 month transition guide you can avoid this and enjoy your detox, and when you do fast you will enjoy the experience, and because you were patient, mature and responsible you will be able to fast at a high level but also have balance with your diet and not be afraid to even cheat once in a while, because your in no rush because you are a pioneer in this lifestyle with mental balance and don’t see this lifestyle as just physical regeneration but emotional and spiritual regeneration and you will know when to hold and know when to fold with fasting and won't end up going from an all-fruit diet to an all meat diet god forbid!

This is my personal transition guide for those that are not on death's door and don’t have to go to the extreme with a grape diet along with fasting.

This is for the average person with health problems that are not bedridden in severe pain but are on enough trouble they need to enter the high levels of regeneration so they can reverse the damage they are dealing with.

Coming off a sad diet you want to adopt a 75% raw plant-based diet with fruit for breakfast, a salad for lunch without processed fats, and added proteins, and you want to have cooked veggies and sweet potatoes and (quinoa 1/2 a cup)  for dinner and once a week a cheat meal of anything vegan for dinner if your going crazy, and are about to have the cheeseburger or pizza etc. (30 days) try to avoid the cheat meal if you can.

Then you want to graduate the next 30 days to mono fruit meal breakfast, a salad for lunch and steamed starchless veggies for dinner (at this 30 days) you can bring in the herbal protocol at this level and continue in your transition

The next 30 days you want to have fruit all day and a salad in the evening 100% raw and after this 30 days then I think an all-fruit diet is manageable because you most likely are filtering and your bowels are not crazy impacted, so now you can open up the flood gates and really start detoxing at a level that brings regeneration.

Next 30 days is an all fruit diet and now your ready to bring in the hybrid fasting and that’s starting from 16 hour dry fasting a day in the evening hours (5-6 pm) working your way up to 23 hour dry fast with one good size juicy fruit meal a day (melons a good option) every month  you increase 2 hours regarding your time restricted dry fast. Dry fasting is not drinking any water, or eating and taking showers, and brushing teeth for an extended period of time. If you can master  the 23 hours a day dry fast and eat one juicy fruit meal a day then I would camp out there as long as you want, and you will be able to heal and regenerate the body without having to do the long term dry fast, and water fast, and still have your balance because your eating everyday and you don’t need to honk the horn and go full blast and getting ratted out fasting to much and not eating because your obsessed with juice only and water fasting which in my opinion is not the best focus anyways regarding the kidneys and adrenals due to those that have sensitive kidneys and bladders and sugar metabolism problems, and the fibers can slow this sugar and water from entering into the body and this is what you want for better filtration anyways. The fruit fibers will clean the bowels good and watermelon fibers are an excellent broom for the bowels anyways.

After a while mastering these levels you can manage a long term water fast, and extended dry fast, and will at least have filtering kidneys and cleaner bowels and happy adrenal glands to push things through so you don’t get out through the ringer and panic and think detoxification and fasting is not working or is dangerous creating confusion because you went from one extreme (sad diet) to the other side of “extreme” because your impatient and didn’t take the time to educate your self on the elimination process. You want to chip away so that you don’t create a storm of loosing things up and not eliminating what you're loosening up, and if you do things with balance and your constant then you will get better results and have a better time achieving them. You're not going to avoid symptoms and feel great while your car is in the shop. Detox is not a beauty pageant and message with a pina colada in the tropical sun. You can’t avoid pain and discomfort in life and everything you do is going to take hard work. Just please if you don’t have to, don’t go from a sad diet to a fruit diet overnight and especially if your impatient and a “perfectionist” type and I really want to see this detoxonistic mentality go away because it’s causing a lot of confusion in this community that can easily be avoided.

Get back to nature my friends, get back to the diet your biologically designed to eat, tap into your intuitive consciousness, let your instincts guide you, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!”
