Meditation IS WORKING!

I made a  recent post where i complained how i couldn't meditate, i got a shit tone of replies i decided to follow some of the advice given to me. 

Im now doing the Concentration meditation. (focusing fully on an object/experience in consciousness and when ever i get distracted by thought, feeling, memory i bring the focus back to that object/experience)

its difficult very difficult i can't seem to focus on something for more than 20 seconds, but for the past couple of days I can see progress, also if you happen to have any magic mushrooms on hand i recommend you take, once every 3 days, a micro dose (a dose so low you don't get any hallucinogenic effects) it helps so much with meditation.

Microdosing is beautiful, mushrooms or lsd. It helps with socializing, mood-boosting, creativity, empathy, integrity. 

Has somebody suggested "do nothing" meditation to you? So, you don't need to focus on anything.

@dimitri from your experience do the changes of the micro-dosing remain even after you stop taking them. If it is true that micro-dosing triggers neurogenesis that would mean that the new neutrons formed in the brain remain there for you to use even after you stop taking the dose.

@Mezanti I think that microdosing triggers neurogenesis, but it is too shallow. For a real permanent change the full dose of psychedelics (at least few trips) is needed . But anyway microdosing is amazing tool. My ideal arsenal of tools (from practical view point) are: microdosing + meditation + from time to time a full dose.
