Strange Experience Of Density While Meditating

It was more of a memory or realization, this heaviness and solidness I felt from inside my body. The best way I can describe it is imagining a solid iron block inside of a plastic box and gently shaking it so that it bumps the sides. It's something that I've never seen before but as it was introduced I felt like I've always known this sensation. Has anyone ever experienced anything similar to this?
