How did you all began practicing kriya yoga?

Yes yes i know there is a mega tread about this topic. And yes i spend a fair amount of time reading the comments. 

And in the time spend reading them i did not find the answer to my question. 

So it would be great if i could get some clear answer. 

As to 

How did you start your practice?  And how? 

Did you go to a yoga school.. Did u learn on the Internet.?

Got initiated into it. But quit doing then leo spoke about it, bought book from his list and started doing it again

I was thinking about getting initiated.. But is risky if you dont know its a good school

Do you guys do your routine in the morning and evening? I never do kriya in the evening. I have hard enough time to do my 45-minute routine in the morning

One of those books reviews a host of schools based on:
1. Technique quality

2. Amount of Dogma

3. Strength of presence

 

Read it and make your own decision. I for one will continue to practice my kriya routine until I learn Sadhgurus kriyas. Then I'll see which one I'm better suited to.
