Why is there a lag in the posting of actualized.org podcasts on apple podcasts?

Since I release on the weekends it takes extra work to release elsewhere too. And I generally don't work on weekends.

@Leo Gura  not asking this for podcasts, but i would really apreciate it for practical reasons if you could maybe release the small practices with instructional character in the videos in a cut version, somewhere. so if we want to repeat them, we don`t have to search for them every time in the two hour material. i mean i could download them and cut them for myself, but it takes some time and then it will only be available for me - because there is no fast access, i usually prefer other practices and that`s kind of sad, as i think that`s an unneeded hurdle contarproductive to the intention. if that`s a problem for me, i suppose there are more people who are even unaware of why they don`t do the practices.
