Defining spirituality

Just want to thank everyone again for thinking along, and let you know the workshop was a success  

I ended up defining spirituality twofold:

- Your everyday experience and depth of connection to reality

- Your perception and meaning of self and existence as a whole

After they made an initial sketch, I had a slide asking them questions about what they think is possible.

ØEliminate all suffering of your life?

ØRealizing reality is infinitely loving?

ØRealizing everything is one, literally?

ØRealizing reality is nothing but imagination?

ØConnecting to infinite intelligence and creativity?

ØRealizing you are God?

People came up with some beautiful visions. None went for any radical awakening goals, but still.

The universe was created by the Big Bang, the articulation of the universe is rigged in such a way where the contents of the universe advance and intertwine (become more complex) I don't see the love, I see meaninglessness interacting with more meaninglessness. yes this is a story in my head. but what could I do otherwise? Im unable to bring into my experience anything that you preach about. 

Tell me how I can experience LOVE, INFINITY, SELFGOD.

im willing to die. lose me, really I am. I don't know what to do to see what you're seeing. do you get this? you explaining this stuff to me is liketrying to explain aerodynamics to a monkey. im that monkey. 

Do not trust what you see on the outside or inside of you, do not believe in everything that others tell you and don’t believe in anything that says yourself, don’t trust your own mind. Just listen, giving them space to exist and let them go. If you still want to convince yourself of something, experiment it and then let it go, don't believe it. Don't believe anything and don't cling to anything. When there is nothing to believe, pay attention to what remains, and there you will find yourself.?
