The real question is what am I going to do with them

The most impractical words are the most practical words.

Imagine you want to explore and see new lands. There are planks, sticks, cloth, nails, hammers and ropes lying around on the ground on your way through life. You could pick them up and build a ship with them to explore the ocean. On the other side you could also just say that the planks & ropes aren't practical as you don't know that there are things called ships or that it is even possible to travel on the ocean.

Quote

[...] a lie is a wall that prevents intimacy, but not just intimacy with people, but intimacy with reality itself. A lie is much more palatable because it is ultimately created by ourselves and for ourselves, mainly to defend against any deeper anxiety. ~ A video comment by Circe

From the Gospel of Thomas

Jesus said to them, "When you make the two into one, and when you make the inner like the outer and the outer like the inner, and the upper like the lower, and when you make male and female into a single one, so that the male will not be male nor the female be female, when you make eyes in place of an eye, a hand in place of a hand, a foot in place of a foot, an image in place of an image, then you will enter [the kingdom]."

70. Jesus said, "If you bring forth what is within you, what you have will save you. If you do not have that within you, what you do not have within you [will] kill you."

"Even when  99% of people say that sugar is spicy, if you know that sugar is sweet, you must say that it is sweet" -my mom

I understand now that the "know" part is tricky and I better ask the 99% the reason they believe that sugar is spicy (for the sake of multiperspectivity and accuracy, I could be wrong), but this quote stay with me and give me courage to be myself and be honest even though I dont have any ally, especially through my childhood when my family moved a lot and I never had any old friend (it was before cellphone widely used, so sadly I lost all contact everytime we moved).
