I feel like many people only do things for the sake of seeing how others react to it and not due to their own intrinsic motivations.

Why does this have to happen?

Why can't we do things because we genuinely want to do it and not because we want to boost our ego or self-image to others? Remember. Life is about YOU and what YOU desire.

Could you climb a mountain and keep it quiet your whole life?  If not then why? Food for thought.
