Yeah Ray is one of the good guys, he knows his stuff and is good example and guide to help people find balance between physicality and spirituality. He sent me a free e-book a while ago but i can't read books online, recipe for a headache lol

I have the to read the book one day but i stopping myself from buying books for now until i finish reading all the ones i already have cause I have about 15 or so unread cause what i am drawn to fluctuates a lot.
