Is there any enlightened being on the forum that can confirm this practice

The practice of no focus

"focus on not focusing but realising that even not focusing is still an attempt at focusing .. leaving you with no awareness"

by confirmation, i mean ...

a) have you tried the practice

b) did you get the results from the practice

To focus on not focusing is to relax.
That is what 'surrender' means.

Bearing with the conditioned in gentleness, fording the river with resolution, not neglecting what is distant, not regarding one's companions; thus one may manage to walk in the middle. H11L2

@Aakash sounds like a Zen koan in practice. Would definitely lead you in the right direction :)

@tsuki I agree, with the word play but i don't want to confuse language for what i'm talking about

to focus, is an action an action aware of

to not focus, is an action aware of

to relax , is an action aware of

to surrender , is an action aware of

do you intuit how this is wrong for the practice?

One tip. You can't outsmart yourself. Every intention you make it is your mind. Even to be aware of the mind is an intention created by your mind. You can't escape this. It's the limitation of the mind.

@TheAvatarState what does that mean ?

It's a practice designed to arrive you at "mu." Like a Zen koan. With one change, it leaves you with pure awareness. I haven't done the practice, fyi

@Salvijus there you go, now your starting to catch on.

See the problem now ? , the limitation is made up

the mind is made up

now see the possibility ? Of what buddha meant by nirvana and why he did what he did ?

@TheAvatarState

Yes I sorta get what your trying to say. Except you never arrive at mu, the practice is itself unattainable.

To arrive is to go from this is why it’s not mu or pure awareness.

Hmmm...

But if every action is pointless and there's no controller, why does it seem quite the opposite?
