overall an interesting read, especially those parts of microscale of sex, what is going on on the level of cells,
however the implications to what have been found at microlevel seems often more like guessing and hypothesis(personal opinions) about how it relate to the macrolevel, 
sometimes it's hard to tell is it still science or not
cuz it's look like this: we have found a red square, so now we need to find something that red square can fits into, there are birds or bugs that do x so that's good explanation of x, but i don't think that is enough of the proof
especially last chapter showed that the author is self-biased into fairy tale monogamy myth (living happily ever after)- put it as total success strategy, which if you think of it - contradict all of the previous 35 chapters that he wrote, better explanation why people create few years monogamy relationship is in "Sex at down"
this it's another book that tears apart the myth of monogamy, with science and nature behind it, instead of social/cultural delusion and idealism worship
most anoying things in the book is that author use number references to previouse and also ahead chapters to explain some things in current chatper, totally forget that he is the only person knowing so well those chapters, that he can instantly know what does he actually refeer to, 
if you want to ever write a book, do not do it

conclusions:
-human like all form of lives are designed to maximise their genetic potential
-females and males have diffrent sexual strategy, becasue
a) female is always sure of her motherhood, male is not in case of fatherhood
b) female can have one babe at the time, few in a life span,
male can reproduce almost "infinity" - his biology isn't the barrier
- female startegy (deceptive) is a compromise between a provider and a lover
provider - male that handle the resources and have good traits to take care of the offsprings, easiest to manipulate than the lover, more willing to settle down
lover - best genes she can gets, more an alpha male, more likely to cheat her and leave her, cuz he can easily get other women as well

an ideal from women perspective will be combination of both a lover that is willing to settle whith her, 
but probably more common is that they settele down with provider and then look an opportunity to cheat with a lover

-many of the sexual behavior is driven by hormones at the cell levels, without concious control, at the unconcious level, the body has its own inteligence, and as it can heal itself without you, it also most likely pursuit the optimal reproductive strategy that is available to you at your current circumstances, without your consciousness,
inevitable inclination - despite of your conscious choice of a partner, you might be not good biological match, and the body will know it, most likely nothing we can do about it

yes we are just machines to pass the genes to next generation, don't be a fool

- an orgasm for a woman is a tool to increase or decrease probability of pregnant, therefore she has some control of who will pass the genes even if she sleeps with more than one man

-no fap movement is a joke, masturbation is typical behavior not only among human but also other species as well, and it's serves its purpose (not that you need to pursuit it, but repressing it and label it as bad, wrong and destructive is utter stupidity and only create unnecessary shame and tabu around it)

- sexuality between women vary a lot, some have a lot of orgasm, some don't have it at all, some masturabte, some don't - some have orgasm while sleeping, other would not have idea what are you talking about
inclanation for men:
the way to be a better lover is more expirence with different kind of women, althout each is slighlt different ovrall you increased your probabilty to behave more accuratly to her needs and ways of stimiluating, which pua comunity has proven, the more women you seduced the easiest it gets with next one

-i think author underestimate the anticonception and its influence, which is basically a standard nowadays

-whether you like it or not, the sexual interest of your stable partner will decrease overtime, and not be as strong as lust for new people,
this is body and hormones reaction

-not sure how much this is true, but there are different types of bodies and genes as well as different types of reproduction strategy, therefore not each of them might fits to you and your body, seems like sometimes there is no point going against your nature.
in my personal opinion: we are too much adaptable, and we will adapt to whatever circuments of the environment will find ourselves, so I'd rather put a question sign in this
