How to measure conscious politics?

Next year i'm finally old enough to vote, so how do i find the most conscious people and politics to vote for. I dont know how America works, but where i come from we have different parties to vote for. The right is more stage orange and more for free marked and less tax for ritch people. The left is more socialist for more goverment  regulation.

My question is the left more comscious then the right?

How do i measure what is the most conscious parti?

Is spiral dynamics a great tool to measure for conscious politics?

Basically the more progressive Parties are more conscious because their circle of concern extends farther than centrist oder concervative parties, meaning they care to address Issues that concern more people and even the Environment. However that doesn't mean they have solutions that are effective, or that they are the right party to vote for. 

You have to make up your own mind if their policys serve you or solve the issues you care about.

None of they really are, but MDG is the greenest. Lays in the name right? Miljøpartiet de grønne/ the green environmental party.

Edit: I just recognised you’re from Norway. 

Well I’m not really into Norwegian politics. Maybe consider stop drill for oil? Sure you lose some money but everyone else will have to pay more.  It will probably enrich the Middle East. Which bring forth more stage orange think in that region.
