A flower will bloom in its own time

5 posts in this topic

I was fascinated by these quote after reading it somewhere in osho's book 10 years ago. I thought it like everything happens at its own time and what is meant to happen will happen even without any work. I used it as a escape mechanism for not taking responsibilty of life and Coming from a indian background we believe in destiny and use astrology a lot and live according with it and if something dosent go as planned we blame stars and planets and say we are not destined for it. My astrology charts says i will only succeed in life after 31 and i had this back of my mind also. So whenever someone asks me about my career or finances or anything i lack i would say a flower will bloom in its own time.

Today a family friend of mine asked so what is my plan for future and i said a flower will bloom in its own time so no worries and he replied yeah right but the flower is there because the bud had a deep push in itself (i dont know right english word maybe yearning) to blossom that made it a beautiful flower. I was dumb stuck how did i missed it this much years. Nothing happens without intention, i am a bud now i have to take responsibility of my life so i can blossom into a fragrant flower. Slef actualization is the process.

Note: i dont know why i posted it here ?

@Harikrishnan Yes, the flower will bloom but it needs a rich soil, water and enough sunlight. Don't underestimate the requirements.

I am florist and I know almost everything about flowers. I want to say that growing a flowers is a hard job from the beginning. It depends really much what kind of flower you want to grow. I agree with the Idea that you firstly need to fix the environment where it grows. As an advice I can suggest you to read this article about flowers https://www.growgardener.com and you will see that growing flowers is way much harder than it seems at the first sight, so you need to be cautious when you are trying to grow them. Pick the right soil and fertilizer, it depends really much on them
