I would like to hear your thoughts on this one guys.

what is the best age to start doing personal development and getting into self actualization?

@actualized1 Well as early as possible ain't it? So that you can constantly improve yourself.

I am 16 (soon 17) and I woulda loved to be able to learn this stuff earlier on
