If you are me and we are the same God, how come when you awaken, I don't awaken?

Basically the title involves the whole mystery.

If there is only one God and that God awakens only once you have awoken, then why are you awoken and I am not all though I am you.

Because you aren't aware that you are me.

You are implicitly assuming that there is a you and a me (these two beings). But there isn't. And you don't understand that yet. You acknowledge the possibility that you and I are one, but you are only doing this at the level of concept. You aren't doing it actually. If you did it actually you would experience a death of yourself.

Enlightenment at the level of concept is not enlightenment, it is theory. You must go from theory to actuality.

Come to a point where there is actually no difference between me and you. Not in theory, but ACTUALLY!

This requires a change in your state of consciousness. You cannot do it through thinking.
