Strange episode

Since my talk with @Nahm on skype, I have been feeling more at peace and accepting of everything. Today at work, I looked in the mirror and felt so happy with the way I looked. As I walked back to my station I felt this powerful rush of energy and joy which scared me. I almost had to go away and hide. The joy was so strong that it was actually sickening and I almost burst out laughing in front of everyone. This has never happened to me before.
