Yesterday, marks the end of Moses 40Days meditation at Mount Sinai

It's where he speaks to God.And was given 10scrolls & The Law.

Mūsa was the only Prophet that can speak to God directly. 

 

The day before yesterday, was the day of Arafat, the peak of muslims pilgrimage. 

It is when you left your ego in your country and went there in your purest state.

Everyone will look the same. You will completely lose your identity there. Your nationality and skin colour won't matter. Whether you're a bawse or a cleaner.

God does not look at outer appearances, but the inner state of the souls...

All men can't wear anything on their head and women can't cover their face. Under the sunlight. 

The men can't wear stitched clothe. As simple as it can be. (Talking about ego transcendance) . When muslims dies, we'll be covered in the same white sheets. 

Muslims don't usually mix between men and women, but during the pilgrimage, it won't matter. God will look at your inner state, men and women the same..

Mount Arafat, is where Adam&Eve first met after their separation on earth. 

 

It was believed that all seventh heavens are opened and if you pray, your prayer will be accepted. Especially on the Arafat day, because all muslims over the world are praying to God simultaneously. So God will grant His Mercy more than ever . 

It is when prophet Abraham sacrifice his son to God. (He didn't actually kill his son, it was a test. Seeing his purity in his belief, God rewards him with a lamb. You can sacrifice it instead and it became lawful as food for muslims. 

Talking about food, you will act like the food you eat. Lamb is considered as good because it is obedience. Obedience to God..

The prophet prohibits us from eating swine and dog, because of it's characteristic. You will act like the food you eat...

I find this quite interesting. How all religion seems to have similar roots. I've noticed this some time ago.

What is language but a manifestations of the deeper roots of everything. 

What is this physical appearances but a manifestations of the inner dimensions of things.

Some muslims fast for the past 10Days. I think Moses fast for the whole 40Days.

(On a regular basis, the best kind of fasting is intermitten one. One day fasting. The next day not. Repeat)

Whether you're a teacher or a prime minister, both will wear the same white sheets and sandals~
