How intelligent AI would interact with concious politics

@Commodent Try chopping your hand off and see if you can still grab an apple with it. And yet, it doesn't mean that the intelligence to move the hand was in it. It just shows that there is intelligence manifesting through your hand.

@ajasatya If you're talking about the whole "brain is an antenna" idea, there's no reason to believe we won't be able to simulate a similar "antenna". A much more powerful one, even.

It's already happening, but it's slow (as in barely noticeable in a human life) and it's not done by machines made by us. It's just the normal course of Consciousness becoming aware of itself.
