For the first time in my life, i can finally agree with an E-BEING and agree with what foxfoxfox is saying, its better you correct your own self before worrying about others.

the answer is iran have nuclear bomb engineering in their universities and teach it as a course, so if they didn't have a constant war there, they wouldn't have any control over what iran makes. USA buy their nuclear arms off iran or could potentially force them into a deal.
