None, however, when coming out of the coma (process took 1/2 day or so), the Anna character had a pain response (so I'm told).

Retracting limbs from pain and that sort of thing, but there was no memory of this or of anything (no sound either) once awake.

No it is just so empty that to try to think about the emptiness or describe it is allerede too much. Time it self dosent even any longer exist. It is just pure formlessness.
