Has anyone else noticed their knees bending outward?

I've noticed that my knee caps are starting to bend outward because of the classic meditation position. I've actually started to notice a little bit of pain in my right knee. Some professional thoughts?

You could get a stool that is designed for meditation, or meditate lying with your back flat on the floor. When sitting for long periods of time you really wanna make sure your weight is going into muscles and not joints. I'm also not sure what you think is the 'classic meditation position' because there are many ways to sit.  


The how is what you build, the why is in your heart.
