ways to mindfulness

so i came back from a little retreat and my consciousness and mindfulness level jumped higher than before and i thought how can i keep such mindfulness, i have a couple that i thought about but i wanted to hear if you guys have any suggestions and tips?

@Dima logach What has been helping me is to stay away from distractions such as cellphone, television, bad food, alcoholl , etc ...

Also try not to run things in auto-pilot, when you are running movies in your mind. Remember to stay mindfull accepting the present moment as it is.  

Take a deep belly breathe wenever possible, as weel as to stay relax and confortable in your own body. 

And of course, meditate every day.

@AudibleLocket yes absolutly, thanks man. I thought about maditating more and another powerful trick i found is puttibg sticky notes or colorful book marks around the place, if that helps you too
