@Nahm I can see that I automatically give meaning to my sensations. For example, when I feel a certain way in my stomach, it automatically becomes fear. 

But further than that, I cannot see. too much noise and chaos going on

The universe is infinite so it must contain infinite expressions whether we label them good or bad.
